From Ceremony Backdrop to Reception Centerpieces

This wedding is a wonderful example of repurposing ceremony florals for the reception.  The ceremony and reception were both held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Marriott Grand.  Knowing that the room would be utilized for both, our team designed pieces that could be used as a gorgeous flower backdrop to flank the bride & groom and stunning tall centerpieces on the guest tables.  Varying heights of gold stands were used at the ceremony to stagger the flowers and make a pleasing “frame”  for the couple and their vows.  After the ceremony, the flowers were moved and placed on gold stands of the same height for some of the guest tables in the room.  The overall result was beautiful and seamless.

  1. What a great idea! Reusing the flowers makes so much sense!

  2. Do you provide the stands or is that something the couple has to purchase themselves?

    1. We do have stands for our clients’ use. Thanks for your question!
