Winter Wedding with Anemones

This past January, we designed these wintery flowers for our bride, Brianna.  She wanted classic white and ivory with a loose and natural feel.  Here is what we came up with……. (Images by Kaitlin’s Photography) Brianna’s bouquet was a mix of tulips, stock flower, roses, anemones, and draping cedar. The bridesmaids carried a clutch of all tulips with a similar look and feel as the bridal bouquet. We love this look for all seasons.  With a few minor changes in …

Ceremony at The Caramel Room at Bissingers

Emily and Brent shared their vows on the deck at The Caramel Room.  The November blue sky was a gorgeous background for their wedding.  They had a casual wedding style that fit both of their fun-loving personalities.  Images by Kelly Manno Photography. Emily’s bouquet was a loose mix with a wildflower feel.  It included Picasso calla lilies, blue thistle, scabiosa, spray roses, lisianthus, and lots of fine-leafed greenery. This little sweetheart liked Emily’s bouquet, too! Everyone was so pleased that …

Always Classic White

Classic white and ivory flowers always make their mark.  At Renata and Nick’s wedding, they chose to have a very classic look for their flowers.  Renata carried a bouquet of all roses and Nick sported a simple white rose on his lapel.  This look is always classic and always in style.  Photos by Cary Klein Photography. Renata carried an all rose mix of garden roses, traditional standard roses, and spray roses. Best wishes to the newlyweds!  We loved being a …

A Garden Path of Greenery inside St. Luke the Evangelist

We loved the greenery embellishments that we created for this ceremony at St. Luke the Evangelist this past fall.  Aisle decor is becoming a popular element in weddings and we love to create these soft accents for our clients.  Of course, flowers are most often used, but this romantic aisle featured mixed greenery without flowers.  (Images by Carretto Studio) We combined three types of greenery on the pews to create lots of texture and softness. A satin ribbon secured the …

Lush and Full Centerpieces- What we’re seeing for 2016

Centerpiece trends change year to year for weddings and events.  This event season, we are seeing a departure from tall centerpieces for guest tables.  For a number of years, we saw a lot of half tall and half low centerpieces layouts, but for 2016 many of our clients are opting for low centerpieces.  Whether it’s for long tables or round tables, the popularity of large, full, and lush centerpieces has been trumping the extremely popular tall designs.  It’s not always …
