Non-Traditional Holiday Colors

This holiday party was last week at the Double Tree in Chesterfield. Sisters worked closely with our corporate client to design these centerpieces for the tables. We based the design on the client’s holiday invitation that included bright orange, green, pink, blue and purple. Small vases of all the colors decorated the cocktail tables. Three different centerpieces were used on …

Tulips and Looped Grass

This fun piece was for a grand opening. We filled a large cylinder vase with willow branches and orange tulips and attached some tulips up in the branches. We tied grass loops all throughout for a very contemporary feel. This arrangement had a presence made a statement!! 🙂

Love Story of Amina & Phillip

It was a joy working with such a charismatic couple in love! Amina and Phillip were married Oct. 23 at Christ Church Cathedral and celebrated with a reception at the Four Seasons. We worked closely with Lacy Branch Events who coordinated the design for the day. These phenomenal shots of the event are by Bobbi Brinkman Photography. At the reception, …

Bright Ribbon Band

This arrangement is shown in our design studio. We love the ribbon detail and the wild look of the curly willow. It’s a great example of using non-flower elements to bring color into an arrangement. 🙂

The bride brought us this candle holder and wanted to add red flowers to it for a big statement in the pre-function area for her reception. Over 100 carnations were used to make this tightly packed ball. It measured approximately 24″ …

Here are some awesome shots of the day by one of our favorite photo artists Clark+Walker Photography. Lisa’s bouquet was a soft, feminine mix of white, ivory, and …

Two Weddings in White and Blue, Flowers by Sisters

These two weddings both had blue and white colors schemes. Take a look at how the flowers and accent colors are used in different ways. Emily was married this past April. All White Flowers at Lumen

Sisters Flowers helped with this very classic and sleek look for Lumen. All the flowers were white for this July reception. The color was brought in with the linens and lighting. The taller centerpieces were brought in from the ceremony, which was held under a tent in the backyard of the father of the bride. Another version of the centerpieces …
